Citizen Housing Group Credit Opinion Update

 

Credit Opinion Update from Moody's Investors Service at 17 December 2024

 

Citizen Treasury plc announces that Moody's have published an updated credit
opinion for Citizen Housing Group reflecting a maintaining of our A3 (stable
outlook) rating. The credit opinion reflects the high proportion of turnover
coming from social housing lettings, proactive debt management and an improved
