Credit Opinion Update from Moody's Investors Service at 21 November 2025

 

Citizen Treasury plc announces that Moody's have published an updated credit
opinion for Citizen Housing Group maintaining our A3 stable rating. The credit
opinion reflects the high proportion of turnover coming from social housing
lettings, proactive debt management and an improved liquidity position. The
