As required by UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), the Company announces that Pete
Raby, CEO of the Company, will join the Board of Chemring Group PLC as a
non-executive director on 1 September 2025. Upon joining, Pete will become a
member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
