** Co's full year 2025 sales outlook to 4% on an organic constant currency basis, citing weak semiconductor market demand

** Expects adjusted operating profit margin at about 10%, down from 11.7% in the previous year.

** As of last close, stock down 27.9% YTD, while FTMC down 0.4%
