Appointment of Interim Company Secretary

 

The Company announces the retirement of Helen Mason as General Counsel
& Company Secretary with effect from today's date.  Helen has been
with the Company for 11 years and has served as the General Counsel &
Company Secretary since June 2024. The Board wishes to express its gratitude
to Helen for her valuable contribution and service to the Company during her
tenure.

The Board has commenced the search for a replacement General Counsel &
Company Secretary.  In the interim, Amanda Matthews, Deputy Company
Secretary, will assume the Company Secretarial responsibility.  Amanda is an
Associate of the Governance Institute, has been with the Company for 8 years
and has over 20 years' corporate governance and listed company experience.
