NOTIFICATION OF UPDATES TO THE MANUAL

Terms not defined in this notice shall have the meaning ascribed to them in
the Issuer's Base Prospectus dated 16 November 2022 (the "Prospectus").

The Index Provider in respect of the Collateralised Currency Securities is
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.  The Issuer wishes to notify holders of the
Collateralised Currency Securities that the Index Provider has published an
updated Manual. The Manual reflects the methodology for calculating and
determining the level of each of the MSFX Indices.
