officer Gary Millerchip has stepped down to join another
publicly traded company.
- Novartis NOVN.S entered into an agreement to acquire
biopharmaceutical company MorphoSys MORG.DE for 2.7 billion
euros ($2.90 billion).
- RTX RTX.N is under investigation by U.S. regulators
related to its recall of hundreds of Pratt & Whitney engines.
- Natura &Co NTCO3.SA will consider separating its Natura
business from the Avon brand, creating two separate publicly
traded beauty companies.
- Toyota Motor 7203.T reported higher third-quarter
net profit and raised its fiscal-year earnings forecast, sending
