Oct 7 (Reuters) - Mostostal Plock SA  MSP.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that its supervisory board dismissed the 
chairman of the management board, Wiktor Guzek, and members of 
the management board, Leszek Frackiewicz and Alicja 
Sulkowska-Mliczek  
    * The company's supervisory board appointed Pawel Rakowski 
as a member of the management board and delegated Barbara 
Gronkiewicz to perform duties of a member of the management
