Mothercare plc has been notified that today, 7 October 2016, Mark Newton-Jones, CEO, sold 173,183 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company at a price of 115.44p per share and purchased 173,183 ordinary shares of 50p each inside his SIPP at price of 115.5p per share. Following the transaction, the total beneficial interest in the Company held by Mr Newton-Jones remains unchanged at 268,972 ordinary shares, 0.157% of the total voting rights.
