Further re: Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

 

 

Mothercare is pleased to confirm Daniel Le Vesconte appointment as the group's
Chief Executive Officer will commence on 16 January 2023 when he will also
join the Board.

 

In addition the following information is disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and
Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Daniel James Le Vesconte, has during the last five years been a director, and
is no longer a director of the following companies:

Dr Martens Airwair Netherlands BV

Dr Martens Airwair Belgium SA

DM Airwair Germany GmbH

Dr Martens Airwair (Ireland) Limited

 

There are no further matters to be disclosed under that rule.
