Notification of Major Interests In Shares
Mothercare plc announces that FIL Limited (the parent holding company for various direct and indirect subsidiaries) has reported the following shareholding following a recent sale of shares and rights in Mothercare plc.
FIL Limited now holds:
8,882,477 Mothercare ordinary shares, equivalent to 10.00% of fully paid Mothercare ordinary shares of 50p
7,894,769 Mothercare nil paid rights, equivalent to 9.88% of the nil paid rights to Mothercare ordinary share of 50p
On completion of the rights issue FIL will hold 16,777,246 Mothercare shares, equivalent to 9.94% of the issued share capital
