Mothercare plc announces that the Prudential plc group of companies has informed the Company of a decrease in its direct interest in ordinary shares of Mothercare plc.
The Prudential plc group of companies now has a direct interest in 20,449,634 Mothercare ordinary shares, equivalent to 11.97% of Mothercare's total voting rights.
