India New Issue-Motilal Oswal Financial to issue 6-month CP - traders
MUMBAI, Dec 29 (Reuters) - India's Motilal Oswal
Financial Services MOFS.NS to raise funds by selling
commercial papers maturing in six months, three merchant bankers
said on Thursday.
The company will offer a yield of 8.70% on the issue and has
received commitments worth around 1 billion rupees ($12.08
million) so far, according to the bankers.
The notes are rated A1+ by CRISIL and will mature in June.
