Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's largest independent omnichannel used vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that, on 27 July 2026, Keith Mansfield, a Non-Executive Director of Motorpoint elected to purchase shares in the Company as detailed in the table below.
