FY26 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's leading independent omnichannel used vehicle retailer, today announces that the following documents will be posted to shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:
· FY26 Annual Report and Accounts;
· Notice of the 2026 AGM ("Notice of AGM") to be held at 10:00 on Thursday, 23 July 2026 at Motorpoint Group Plc, Shore Capital Offices, 57 St James's Street, London, SW1A 1LD; and
· Motorpoint Group Long Term Incentive Plan Rules

The results of voting will be announced following the conclusion of the AGM and will also be available on the Group's website.
