Director Declaration

 

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.8R, the Company notifies that Swarupa Pathakji,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive
Director of Albion Technology & General VCT plc (''Albion Technology'')
with effect from 19 December 2024, following the merger with Albion KAY VCT
PLC. As well as joining the Board, Swarupa will serve on Albion Technology's
Audit & Risk, Remuneration, Nomination and Management Engagement
Committees.

 

The Company is satisfied that Swarupa continues to have sufficient time
available to fulfil her responsibilities.

 

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R.
