Motorpoint Group PLC ("Motorpoint", the "Company" or the "Group")

Transaction in Own Shares

Motorpoint announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback
programme announced on 3 April 2025 ("Share Buyback Programme"), the Company
purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each
("Ordinary Shares") through Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis").

The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following the purchase of these
shares, the remaining number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 83,619,822
with no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the
Company will be 83,619,822. This figure for the total number of voting rights
may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market
Abuse Regulation), as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed
information of the individual trades made by Deutsche Numis as part of the
Share Buyback Programme.

The Company has now successfully completed its share buyback programme (the
'Programme') which was announced to the market on 3 April 2025.

 As a result of the Programme, the Company acquired 3,000,000 ordinary shares
at an average price of 165.2669 pence per share for a total consideration
of £4,958,007.76.
