Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Mhairi Archibald, a non-executive director, informed the Company yesterday that she purchased 100 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 15 March 2021 at a price of £116.00 per share.
Following this transaction, Ms Archibald's total beneficial interest in the Company will be 100 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0026 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
