Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a non-executive director, has informed the Company today that his wife, Charlotte Williams and his two children have purchased a total of 240 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company today at a price of £110.125 per share.
Following this transaction, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the Company will be 62,072 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.60 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
