Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that, further to the Company's
notification on 20 November 2025, due to an administrative issue at the
Company's bankers, the interim dividend of 250p per share, which was expected
to be paid today, may be delayed and may now be received by shareholders
tomorrow,  31 March 2026.
