Board Committee change

 

Mountview Estates P.L.C. announces that, further to its notification on 15
August 2025, Ms. Tracey Hartley has been appointed as the Chair of the
Remuneration Committee, with immediate effect. Ms. Hartley succeeds Dr Andrew
Williams, the Acting Chair, who will remain on the Remuneration Committee.

 

Following this change, the composition of the Company's Board Committees will
be as follows:
