Director/PDMR Shareholding

Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a
non-executive director, informed the Company yesterday that his wife,
Charlotte Williams and his two children had purchased a total of 198 Ordinary
Shares in the capital of the Company on 21 March 2022 at a price of £135.15
per share.

 

Following this transaction, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the
Company will be 62,510 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.60 per cent of the
Company's total voting rights.

 

The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with
the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
