Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Mountview Estates plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Duncan Sinclair, Chief
Executive Officer, has informed the Company that he transferred 50,000
ordinary shares in the capital of the company on 21 June 2023 to his wife,
Corinne Sinclair, for nil consideration.

Following these transactions, Mr Sinclair's total beneficial interests remain
unchanged at 596,500 ordinary shares, representing 15.3 per cent of the
Company's total issued share capital.
