Result of General Meeting

 

Mountview Estates P.L.C. is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting
held today, the Resolutions were duly passed on a poll, the results of which
are set out below:

Note: A 'vote withheld' is not a vote under English law and is not counted in
the calculation of votes 'for' or 'against' a resolution.

 

 

The Company is disappointed, that there was a significant minority vote (being
more than 20 per cent) against each of the Resolutions.  As we have done
previously, we will continue to seek to engage with independent shareholders
and will take into account any feedback around their concerns and
considerations in the future.
