as 2.8% to NZ$1.11, their highest in more than a week 
    ** Freight and logistics co says its Pacific Fuel Haul (PFH)
unit has agreed to terms with First Union, on behalf of 182 of

immediately, and agreed terms of settlement will be put to union

    ** TIL CEO says union will recommend its members to accept
