Mpac Group plc (AIM: MPAC), the global packaging and automation solutions group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as Sole Broker with immediate effect. 
 
Director disclosure
In accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company has been informed that John Davies was a director of V.A.G Finance Hire Limited and Caledonian Equipment Rental Limited from January 2000, both of which entered into a voluntary creditors' liquidation in October 2001.
