Mpac Group plc, a global leader in high-speed packaging and automation
solutions, announces that it been informed that Adam Holland, Chief Operating
Officer and Chief Executive Officer designate, today purchased 7,807 ordinary
shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 256 pence per
Ordinary Share.

 

Mr Holland's shareholding following this transaction is 7,807 Ordinary Shares,
representing c.0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
