Director/PDMR Dealing

 

Mpac Group plc, the global packaging and automation solutions Group, announces
that it has been informed that today William Wilkins, Group Finance
Director, sold 45,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 372 pence per Ordinary
Share in order to help fund the purchase of a new house which is due to
complete next month.

Mr Wilkins's shareholding following this transaction is 51,432 Ordinary
Shares, representing c.0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
