Group, announces that it has been informed that today, Adam Holland, Group
CEO, bought 3,810 Ordinary Shares at a price of 262.5 pence per Ordinary
Share.

Mr Holland's shareholding following this transaction is 28,038 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
