** Shares of Mineral Commodities Ltd MRC.AX rise as much
as 9.1% to A$0.12
** Miner says it signed a Graphite Anode Agency Sales and
Marketing Memorandum of Understanding with U.S.-based financial
services provider Traxys North America LLC urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX754KgD
** Under agreement, Traxys will market MRC's downstream
graphitic anode products from the operating Skaland Graphite
Operation in Norway
** Adds that deal allows MRC to quickly access customer base
to support final anode qualification and secure subsequent
offtake agreements
** Stock is currently flat this year, as of last close
