as much as 4.7% to 451.7 rupees, highest since Jan. 18
    ** MRSB reported a 41% jump in March-qtr profit to 1.28 bln

    ** Maker of cookies, creams and crackers under the "Cremica"
brand also recommended a final dividend of 2.4 rupees/shr
    ** Stock is trading around 28% below a peak hit in Dec
following its IPO
