Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed on 24 October 2025 that on the same day Mr John Meldrum, Executive Director of the Company, transferred 13,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife and PCA, Mrs Joanne Meldrum at nil cost.
Following this transfer of Ordinary Shares, the beneficial interest of Mr Meldrum and his spouse in Ordinary Shares remains at 18,522 Ordinary Shares (including 18,023 Ordinary Shares held by Mrs Joanne Meldrum), representing approximately 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).
