Director/PDMR Shareholding

MS International plc announces that Mr Michael O'Connell, Finance Director of
the Company has exercised 25,000 LTIP options over ordinary shares of 10p each
in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of
£nil each. The exercise of options is today being satisfied from existing
Ordinary Shares which were held by the Company in treasury. Accordingly, Mr
O'Connell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares has increased by 25,000 and
now comprises 1,692,529 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.49% of
the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).

Total Voting Rights

Following this exercise of options, the Company's issued share capital will be
17,841,073. The Company holds 1,712,991 shares in treasury. Therefore, the
total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,128,082.

The above figure of 16,128,082 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
