Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company announces that it was informed on 2 August 2024, that Mr Michael
O'Connell, Finance Director of the Company, has transferred 1,848 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at £10.80 per
share into an ISA in his adult son's name.

Following this transfer, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares
now comprises 1,683,300 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.42% of
the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
