Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

MS International plc announces that Mr Michael O'Connell, Managing Director of
the Company, has today transferred in aggregate 4,623 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal
holding into his ISA and SIPP, at £9.59 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in Ordinary
Shares remains at 1,063,300 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.58%
of the Company's issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury).
