    ** Co reports Q4 loss of 39 cents per share vs analysts est.
of a loss of 14 cents per share; in Q4 2022 co posted a profit
of $1.11 per share
    ** Co posts Q4 rev of $126.92 mln, down 28% compared to
prior year period
    ** Decrease in rev was primarily due to fewer Knicks and
Rangers regular season and playoff home games, as compared to
the prior year period, says co
