India's MSTC rises on Q3 profit growth

** Shares of e-commerce co MSTC  MSTC.NS  rise 3% to 577.55

    ** Co reports Q3 profit before exceptional items and tax up
8.9% to 602.8 mln rupees, rev up 14.5% to 811.4 mln rupees
    ** E-commerce segment revenue rises 7.3%
    ** Co records exceptional gain of 2.75 bln rupees in Q3,
which mostly includes proceeds from sale of a unit
    ** Trade vol at around 5.2x the 30-day avg of 179,385 shares
    ** MSTC up 3.3% so far this year
