Moni Borovitz nominated for 'Executive Director of the Year' award

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on
comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple
sectors, is pleased to announce that it has for a second time been nominated
for the 'Dividend Hero of the Year' award and that Moni Borovitz, CEO, has
been nominated for 'Executive Director of the Year' award at the UK Small Cap
Awards 2025. The Small Cap Awards is an event to celebrate companies and
participants in the sub-£350m market cap quoted company sector.

The awards dinner and ceremony will take place on Thursday, 19 June 2025.

MTI's CEO, Moni Borovitz, commented: "We are delighted to have been nominated

'Executive Director of the Year' award. 2024 was a challenging year in Israel
