Results of AGM and EGM

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd. (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on
comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple
sectors, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's
Extraordinary General Meeting and Annual General Meeting held earlier today
have been passed.

The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out
below.

A vote "withheld" is not counted towards the votes cast "for" or "against" a
resolution or the associated percentage calculations.

 

Board changes

Further to the Company's announcement on 17 January 2022, following the
passing of Resolution 8, Mr Luke Ahern has been appointed to the Company's
Board as an independent director (defined as an external director in the
Israeli Companies Law) with immediate effect and Mr Richard Bennett has
retired from the Board following the conclusion of his third and final term as
an external director.
