Result of AGM and EGM and Board changes

 

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd. (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on
comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple
sectors, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at
the annual general meeting and the extraordinary general meeting of the
Company held earlier today have been passed.

The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out
below.

A vote "withheld" is not counted towards the votes cast "for" or "against" a
resolution or the associated percentage calculations.

 

Board changes

Further to the Company's announcement on 9 February 2024, following the
passing of Resolution 8, Mrs. Hani Lerman has been appointed to the Company's
Board as an external (independent) director with immediate effect and Mrs.
Lihi Elimelech Bechor has retired from the Board following the conclusion of
her third and final term as an external director.
