Results of EGM and AGM
MTI Wireless Edge Ltd. (AIM: MWE), a market leader in the manufacture of flat panel antennas for fixed wireless broadband and a wireless irrigation solutions provider, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's EGM and AGM held earlier today have been passed, via the required simple or special majority voting as appropriate. 
Further to the Company's announcement of 28 March 2017, Mr David Yariv has now been appointed as a non-executive director of MTI.
