Publishing of Annual Report and notice of AGM

 

Mulberry, the British sustainable lifestyle brand, announces that its Annual
Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 29 March 2025 (the "Annual Report")
is available on its website at www.mulberry.com/gb/investor-relations/reports
(http://www.mulberry.com/gb/investor-relations/reports) and has been posted to
applicable Company shareholders.

 

The Annual Report contains a notice (the "Notice") of the Company's annual
general meeting ("AGM") which will be held on Wednesday, 10 September 2025 at
11.00 a.m. at 30 Kensington Church Street, London W8 4HA.  Mulberry
shareholders are invited to attend in person and should refer to the Notice
for more information.
