Mutares shares dive over annual report publication delay

** Shares in Mutares MUXG.DE fall 12.7% after the company said on Monday it had to postpone the publication of its 2024 Annual Report

** The company said it had to postpone the release due to increased auditing requirements by its auditor Deloitte, resulting from "complex special circumstances"

** It said the audited report was now expected on May 20, 2025
