** Australia's Auswide Bank ABA.AX , co's takover target,
says the Supreme Court of New South Wales has approved ABA's
buyout by MyState MYS.AX unit, MyState Bank
** Co says that ABA stakeholders will receive 1.112 MyState
shares for each share held
** ABA stock up 1.6% at A$5.080
** MYS shares have gained 3.14% YTD, including current
session's moves
