Mailing of 2019 Annual Report 
 
MYCELX Technologies Corporation ("MYCELX" or the "Company"), the clean water technology company providing patented solutions for the Oil and Gas market and commercial industrial markets worldwide, announces that, following the release on 27 May 2020 of the Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2019, the 2019 Annual Report has been mailed to shareholders.
 
A copy has been placed on the Company's website at www.mycelx.com. Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 2420 Meadowbrook Parkway, Duluth, Georgia, GA 30096, USA for a period of at least one month.
 
2020 Annual Meeting 
 
Due to COVID-19, special arrangements will be in place for the Company's 2020 Annual Meeting which it is intended to convene later in 2020. A further announcement concerning the date of the 2020 Annual Meeting and the special arrangements in place will be made in due course. 
 
Further information will be set out in the Notice of 2020 Annual Meeting which will be sent to shareholders at that time, together with the Form of Proxy and the Form of Direction for depository interest holders.
