Director Shareholding 
The Company announces that, on 4 August 2020, Connie Mixon, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 1,032,766 common shares in the Company as a bequest from the Estate of her late father, John E. Mansfield, Sr.
Following this transaction, Connie Mixon holds 2,490,469 common shares in the Company, representing 12.81% of the Company's issued share capital.
