Mailing of 2020 Annual Report and Notice of 2021 Annual Meeting
 
MYCELX Technologies Corporation ("MYCELX" or the "Company"), the clean water and clean air technology experts, announces that, following the release on 27 May 2021 of the Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2020, the 2020 Annual Report are today being mailed to shareholders together with the Notice of 2021 Annual Meeting.
 
Copies have been placed on the Company's website at www.mycelx.com. Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 2420 Meadowbrook Parkway, Duluth, Georgia, GA 30096, USA for a period of at least one month.
 
Annual Meeting
 
The Company's 2021 Annual Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. (BST) on Wednesday 7 July 2021 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, 88 Wood St, London EC2V 7QR.
 
Provided that there are no ongoing COVID-19 restrictions that preclude shareholders from attending in person on the day, we look forward to welcoming the maximum number of shareholders that we are able, within safety constraints and in accordance with UK Government guidelines. Shareholders who choose to attend in person are asked to register their intention to do so as soon as practicable. Further information is set out in the Notice of Annual Meeting.
