Mailing of Notice of 2020 Annual Meeting
 
MYCELX Technologies Corporation ("MYCELX" or the "Company"), the clean water technology company providing patented solutions for the Oil and Gas market and commercial industrial markets worldwide, announces that the Notice of 2020 Annual Meeting is being mailed today to shareholders.
 
A copy has been placed on the Company's website at www.mycelx.com. Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 2420 Meadowbrook Parkway, Duluth, Georgia, GA 30096, USA for a period of at least one month.
 
Annual Meeting
 
The Board has been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and its potential impact on the Annual Meeting. It has concluded that it is in the Company's best interests to proceed with the Annual Meeting, but considers that the health, safety and wellbeing of all of the Company's stakeholders continues to be the Board's priority and that it is, therefore, necessary to make some important changes to the way in which the Company holds and conducts this year's meeting. Accordingly, the decision has been made to hold this year's Annual Meeting in a virtual-only format, hosted from the Company's office at 2420 Meadowbrook Parkway, Duluth, Georgia 30096 USA, at 2.00 p.m. (GMT) (10.00 a.m. EDT) on Tuesday 27 October 2020.
 
The Board will put in place a facility for shareholders to attend the Annual Meeting proceedings on a remote basis, but there will not be a physical meeting that they can attend in person.  Further information for shareholders who wish to access, and vote at, the Annual Meeting is set out in the Notice of Annual Meeting.
