Mailing of 2021 Annual Report and Notice of 2022 Annual Meeting

 

MYCELX Technologies Corporation ("MYCELX" or the "Company"), the clean water
and clean air technology company transforming the environmental impact of
industry, announces that, following the release on 17 May 2022 of the
Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2021, the 2021 Annual
Report is today being mailed to shareholders together with the Notice of 2022
Annual Meeting.

The Company's 2022 Annual Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. (BST) on Wednesday
