Dealing by Director

 

The Company announces that it was notified on 2 May 2022 by Hal Alper,
President, Chief Science Officer and a Director of the Company, that on 10
November 2021 he sold 22,500 Common Shares at a price of £0.70 per Common
Share. Following this transaction, he continues to be interested in 1,219,546
Common Shares representing 5.31 per cent of the present issued capital of the
Company and in 124,339 options over the Company's Common Shares.
